Product Development and Pricing with Trip Lingo Co-Founder Vince Baskerville

I just got back from the Black Founders ‘Ideas are Worthless’ conference in Atlanta. This is the second IAW conference we’ve done (the first was in NYC) where we spent the day talking to startup entrepreneurs on how to move from idea to execution.

I moderated a panel on Customer Development with entrepreneurs Vince Baskerville (Trip Lingo) and Heath Hyneman (HM Wallace, Hypeopotamus) and after the panel, we continued our conversation backstage where I interviewed Vince for the live stream.

In this video, we talked about how to get user feedback and how they created a product that commands a much higher price point than the average $0.99 mobile app. Vince and Heath both had great insights for our attendees on iterating a product and the Agile process.
