Tech Help for Boomer Parents…Sold to Their Kids

I just got off the phone with my mom who of course has a computer problem she can’t solve. And neither can I from 2,000 miles away.
There should be somewhere parents can call and get regular, professional-level tech help…from people who obviously have more patience than me.
Yes, I know there’s Geek Squad and the Google-backed Teach Parents Tech…but this is different.
Users (that’s you, Gen X, Y, and Millenials) would pay a monthly subscription to give their parents a specific number of tech help contacts per month. They could walk your parents through virus cleaning, router setup, and general troubleshooting.
Here’s what sets it apart from what is already on the market: you don’t sell to the parents, you sell to their kids. How many 24-45 year olds would pay a monthly fee to be able to offload the long distance tech help on a qualified professional?
I know I would.
